Analysis of the online presentation of Czech literary canon museums and expositions
Garbová, Denisa ; Vachková, Iva (advisor) ; Činátlová, Blanka (referee)
This thesis deals with the presentation of the literary canon on the websites of literary museums. First of all, it was necessary to determine the canon of authors for this thesis -as a method we chose to analyse school reading lists for the Czech language and literature graduation exam from Prague public gymnasiums. We then investigated whether there is a museum dedicated to the author in question and, if so, whether this museum has its own website. In this way, we identified 16 literary museums for subsequent analysis. The websites were analyzed according to four criteria: website layout, communication with the visitor, visual style and educational programs, and educational potential. This last criterion was crucial for the next part of the research in this thesis. It was followed by two questionnaire surveys, one with respondents from among teachers of Czech language and literature in Prague gymnasiums, the other with respondents from among representatives of literary museums. Seven museums and seven teachers were involved in this part of the research. The questionnaire for museums complemented the findings from the previous analysis of museum websites and showed that school groups are an important visitor group for museums. The aim of the questionnaire survey with teachers as respondents was to...

Gallery and museum education in primary school
Lišmanová, Aneta ; Kitzbergerová, Leonora (advisor) ; Novotná, Magdalena (referee)
In thesis I focus on the current position of art gallery and museum education, which is influenced by science disciplines pedagogy and museology. In the theoretical part, on the basis of specialized literature, I define terms related to the theme of the work (gallery/museum pedagogy and educator, gallery/museum educator position within the institution, General educational program etc.). I am seeking further possibilities of cooperation and limits of cooperation of an elementary school with galleries/museums as institutions that have educational potential. Didactic work is based on qualitative research, which mainly uses the methods of open coding of videos from executed programs. My intention is to compare the differences and similarities in the implementation of educational programs between the 1st and 5th grade. Based on defined objectives I evaluate their implementation in accordance with educational programs, which are crucial for cooperation of galleries and schools. The focus is mainly on the conception, implementation and reflection of a three-phase educational program. The didactic part also reveals a possible link to the interdisciplinary relations. In the creative part of the thesis, I compile a topic of an authoring book, on the theme of the exhibition of Květa Pacovská: Maximum Contrast.

Skřivanová, Eliška ; Kytnarová, Jitka (advisor) ; Weidenthalerová, Edita (referee)
Currently childhood obesity has reached epidemiological levels and can be considered one of the world's biggest problems. The probability of an obese child becoming an obese adult is dangerously high. These children are also more likely to develop health risks. The mechanism of development of obesity is conditioned by a number of factors. These are most often genetic factors, whilst their environment also plays a large role. In this case the influence of the family and the preferred lifestyle, which plays a significant part in the development of obesity, may be a factor. Early treatment and detection is important to prevent future issues with weight and serious health risks. However in order for obesity to be treated, it must first be diagnosed, the so-called diagnosis of childhood obesity. School meals in Czech Republic are considered to be one of the most advanced in Europe. It is not about providing a sufficiently strict diet, it also pays attention to variety, balance of dishes and dining culture. School meals must comply with the legislation, comply with financial limits and follow nutritional standards, respectively a consumer basket that sets out the required quantity of ten food commodities per pupil a day and these have to be adhered to within one month. The environment of prevention...
